Mid-Level Career Development Training

The training was February 17 to 20 and March 3, 2025 Training at Jupiter International Hotel (Bole), 27 women professional’s participants were attended. it was very interactive and experiential process. Facilitator’s inputs, Reflections, self-assessments, group discussions, management games and video Shows are used. Discussions and presentations were used throughout the training; at the last day there was certification ceremony for participants who completed the training. 

The mid-level career development training on leadership provided participants with essential skills and insights necessary for effective leadership in today’s dynamic work environment.
Throughout the training, attendees engaged in interactive sessions that emphasized the importance of communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking. Participants were encouraged to reflect on their leadership styles and to develop personalized action plans for enhancing their influence within their organizations. In conclusion, the program equipped mid-level professionals with practical strategies and a renewed sense of purpose, empowering them to take on greater leadership roles and drive positive change within their teams and organizations.

 

 

The participants were also asked to rate their overall satisfaction on the training. 100% of participants stated that they are very much satisfied with the training. So, it can be said that the training has met the expectation of the participants.

In addition, participants were asked if the training is useful for personal development and if it is useful for their teams in their respective organizations. With regard to the usefulness of the training for their personal development 18 participants 13 (72.2 %) of participants agreed that the training is useful for their personal development very much and 5 (27.8%) agreed that it helped them greatly. And related to the usefulness of the training to their teams 12 (66.7%) agree that it is helpful for their teams and 6(33.4%) agree that it helped them greatly. From the responses it can be concluded that the training is very helpful to the participants’ personal development as well as their team’s development.
